By accessing or using our website and purchasing our Products, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.


  1. Intellectual Property
    All Products and content provided by the Company, including but not limited to audio files, construction kits, graphics, and text, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Products without explicit written permission.
  2. License and Usage Rights
    Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for personal and commercial music production purposes, subject to the following restrictions:




  • You may not sell, sublicense, share, or include our Products (or any part of them) in other sample packs, libraries, or similar commercial offerings.
  • You may use the Products in your music productions, performances, and projects, but you may not sell the Products as standalone items.
  • You may not release or distribute our construction kits or any included samples as-is, without significant modification, rearrangement, or creative transformation.
  • You may not claim ownership of the Products or present them as your original work.

  • Use our Products for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the Products.
  • Use our Products in a way that infringes upon our intellectual property or the rights of third parties.




  1. Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal
    Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.



In accordance with the applicable consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied by download or streaming, once the download has started. By initiating the download of any of our Products, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal, and no refunds will be provided after download.

    Our Products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. AWD SOUNDS shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
